FAQS

What is counselling and what is psychotherapy?

You can see an explanation on my Counselling page.

How much are your fees?

My fee is currently £50 and reviewed annually in December.

How can counselling help me?

Counselling can help with a wide range of emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties, through to more deep rooted psychological issues, perhaps stemming from difficult or traumatic past experiences. It is also a useful tool for personal development and growth.

It is a process of exploration and understanding that can transform the way you think and feel about yourself and how you live your life. It can be life changing, helping you to change patterns of behaviour that impact on your capacity to live a fulfilling and content life.

Please do contact me to discuss what it is you would like to gain from counselling. The initial phone consultation is free of charge and usually lasts around ten minutes, plenty of time for you to ask questions, if you have any.

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually weekly.
