Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision is for newly qualified and experienced therapists and student counsellors. I qualified with the Northern Guild in Newcastle. I use the BACP Ethical Framework and Hawkins and Shohet Seven Eyed Model to provide a strong professional holding and ethical focus to your practice.

Individual Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy can help you to get to the root of problems to enable long lasting change. It's about making sense of why you think, feel and behave in certain ways. It can  help you to understand yourself profoundly. It is open-ended, non-directive and usually (though not always) longer term.
