Psychodynamic Therapy

That of which we are not aware, owns us.”    James Hollis

Welcome.

Psychodynamic Therapy is a gradual process of developing an awareness of that which is unknown to you (your unconscious world) which is instrumental in understanding why you think, feel and behave in the ways you do in the present, particularly relationally.

Psychodynamic Therapy can help you to:

  • gain insight into why difficulties exist and why they persist

  • understand and change habitual patterns of behaving

  • have a less debilitating relationship with anxiety

  • cope better with or move through depression

  • be more optimistic about your future

The relationship you have with your therapist is instrumental in helping you to explore and understand your way of being more profoundly. My aim is to help you to feel at ease within a professional, ethical, safe space.
