Psychodynamic Therapy is a gradual process of developing a deep awareness of that which is unknown to you (your unconscious) which is instrumental in understanding issues of, for example:

  • Dynamics in relationships (family, colleagues, partners, friends etc),

  • Unacknowledged trauma

  • Difficulty with stability in relationships

  • Depressive melancholia (causing inability to let go and move on with life)

  • Compulsive, repetitive destructive behaviours that cause internal suffering
